Delivery and Returns

Orders placed in the Pomelody online store are delivered via InPost courier service,

Shipping is carried out by the Pomelody Store on working days. Usually, we send packages within 24 hours maximum after placing an order.  

 

Delivery costs:

Orders up to 14.99 EUR - 7.99 EUR.

For orders over 15 EUR, delivery is free. 

 

Returns:

Goods purchased in the pomelody store can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Goods to be returned must not bear any traces of use, and should have all the accessories that came with the order.
